The Team
Scott Johnson
Scott Johnson has over 30 years of experience in the medical device manufacturing field. Worked at Covidien, St. Jude, Medtronic and Pfizer. Worked on product development teams, process improvement projects, CIP projects, and helped in many facility moves and departmental moves within the same site.
Patent: Co-author of the Multiple Layered Covered Esophageal Wallstent ® patent 5,645,559.
Frank Smaron
Frank Smaron has over 35 years of experience in the production of medical devices. Extensive background in preproduction process development. Worked with development and production groups to maximize design outputs while implementing cost savings production improvements. Work history includes AL Labs, Lake Region Manufacturing, Schneider/Pfizer, Boston Scientific, St. Jude Medical, EV3 and personal consulting on production process issues.
